Conference Center
The Conference Center provides a most flexible space for varied purposes. Used in its full size for large conferences or meetings, it can accommodate up to 250 people. It also may be divided into three separate rooms for small groups of up to 80 people in each section.
Meeting Rooms
Several rooms which can accommodate 50-60 people are available with round tables. The Upper Room is arranged in conference style (not shown). Also, a small library may be used for a meeting of 8 to 12 people.
Kitchen
A large commercial kitchen is available to accommodate groups that provide their own cooking teams and food.
Dining Room
The scenic mountain view which envelops the Dining Room adds much pleasure to fine dining. This room, in full size, accommodates approximately 125 persons. This space may be divided into two separate rooms by means of a folding door. Each of these rooms accommodates 50 – 60 persons for dining.

Chapel – A Beautiful Chapel in the round with seating capacity for 125 people
Sleeping Rooms – Four dormitory-style sleeping rooms will accommodate up to 75 people. Each dormitory quadrant has bathroom and shower facilities. Please see our Use Guidelines for detailed information.
Private Room – Six private Retreat Room to accommodate couples or singles.
Foyer – Large room for gatherings or registration is available off the Main Dining Room.

Mount Claret facilities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The retreat center calendar is open for reservations up to one year in advance.
A signed facility reservation agreement, prepared by retreat center staff after discussion, and reservation deposit are required to confirm any use of retreat center facilities. For more information please send your use specifications to: reservations@mtclaret.org.
Mount Claret does not provide catering or food service. Individuals and organizations using facilities at the Center are responsible for providing all necessary supplies, including food and beverage, for meetings and events.
The Mount Claret Chapel is generally not reserved for occasions. Use of the Chapel is coordinated and shared by all.

Main Building
Library – 2nd Floor meeting room that accommodates up to 8 people.
Upper Room – 2nd Floor meeting room that accommodates up to 30 people.
Rollo Room – Ground floor meeting room that accommodates up to 50 people.
Dining Room – Ground floor meeting room that accommodates up to 130 people. The dining room can be divided into 2 separate rooms.
Conference Center
Full Conference Center – Ground floor facility accommodating up to 250 people. Use of the full conference center includes the use of an adjacent kitchenette. The Conference Center can be divided into 3 separate meeting spaces that can each accommodate up to 80 people.

Archbishop McCarthy Room
Facility users may be required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance coverage in addition to the above rates. Please contact Mount Claret Staff for more information.
Retreats including Overnight Sleeping Accommodations
Please contact our office for information on large group, overnight rates. Accommodations are available for groups up to 75 people.
To use Mount Claret’s commercial kitchen individuals preparing meals must hold a Maricopa County Environmental Services “Food Handler” Certification. If traveling from outside Maricopa County similar certification from your local Environmental Services or Health Department is satisfactory.
Private Retreat Rooms. For individuals seeking a place for a personal retreat, Mount Claret has 7 private retreat rooms with adjoining private bathrooms.
