Advent 2011:
Are you ready?
Come to the Mountain to enter more deeply into the Season of Advent,
which opens the liturgical year. Derived from the Latin word Advenio,
which means to come,
Advent is the time of waiting in a spirit of prayer,
penance and almsgiving to make straight for Christ the way to your soul.
We invite you to prepare your hearts and minds by attending our Advent retreats
and programs created especially for you to await, with joy and hope,
the coming of our Lord and Savior.
All they that wait on Thee shall not be confounded, O Lord. Show, O Lord, Thy ways to me and teach me Thy paths. ~ Psalm 24:3,4 __________________________________________________________ EVENING PROGRAMS: The Gospel of Mark: A Three-Part Discussionby Msgr. Gilbert Rutz 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
